DU10 Universal Decoder The DU10 is an universal decoder of the ACSE srl that can handle bar code readers and magnetic badge readers, allowing the connection to all the most common Personal Computers and terminals in keyboard emulation. The DU10 can be easily connected to the terminal or PC, using the right coded cable and choosing, via bar code menu, the Terminal or PC to be connected.

The decoder can be connected to a large quantity of readers ( optic wands, CCD readers, fixed beam readers, laser guns, optic and magnetic badge readers etc... ) that collect data to be sent to the terminal or PC in keyboard emulation. To the universal decoder DU10 can be connected two readers at the same time.
Using the auxiliary serial interface can be handled external devices as portable terminals, scales, etc.. At the moment, the DU10 is compatible with more then 500 Terminals and PC, and more interfaces will be ready in the future. The DU10 has the capability to decode the most common bar code used ( more than 20 different types).
The set up of all the different features of the device is easy to program using the bar code menu. Beyond the keyboard emulation, other standard interfaces are supported by DU10: RS232, RS422, RS485 and RS232 Pass Through.
